Designs depicted are for design ideas and are the property of the creators as applicable by law.
Many of the website design examples are of templates that MCInc. will purchase on your behalf and tailor to your business as legally applicable.
In some cases we are licensed re-sellers of the designs, some we acquire the rights of use for your business.

The template designs themselves are copyrighted and owned by the creators unless otherwise noted.
Credit is given on the site to the creator/owner when their design is used.
All legal rights as provided by law are followed in regard to template designs and ownership acknowledgments.
The designs are the property of their creators/owners and you as a customer of MCInc., are then permitted to have use of the design for your website as allowed by law once the design has been legally secured for use in your design.
In special cases some designs are shared and can be purchased and used by the general public therefore you may see a design similar to yours. Unless otherwise specified, MCInc. retains the right to re-use designs for other clients though each site will have unique information etc.
